ONCE THE PAYMENT IS DONE, WE RESERVE THE METERS OF FABRIC AND START WORKING ON THE TOILE. WE WILL SEND YOU THE TOILE, AND ONCE YOU APPROVE IT, WE WILL START WORKING WITH YOUR FINAL DRESS.
THIS NUTKA STUDIOS CUSTOM DRESS IS HANDCRAFTED IN OUR ATELIER IN MADRID, WITH A WHITE/CHAMPAGNE/YELLOW OR YOUR PREFERRED COLOR BASE AND A FABRIC MADE OF TULLE, AND EMBROIDERY.
AS IT IS A 100% CUSTOM-MADE DRESS, WE CANNOT OFFER A REFUND. BUT WE WILL MAKE IT FIT YOU EXACTLY AS IT SHOULD. BEFORE DELIVERING THE FINAL DRESS, WE WILL SEND YOU A TOILE (WHICH I A SAMPLE OF THE DRESS PATTERN) TO CHECK THAT YOU LIKE THE SHAPE, ARE COMFORTABLE AND ABOVE ALL WE CAN SEE IF WE HAVE TO MODIFY SOMETHING SO THAT IT FITS PERFECTLY ON YOUR BODY.
TREAT IT WITH LOTS OF LOVE AND CARE, SO THAT IT REMAINS WITH YOU FOREVER. WE RECOMMEND TAKING IT TO THE DRY CLEANER ALWAYS. PLEASE BARE IN MIND THAT IT IS MADE WITH A VINTAGE FABRIC, SO WE CAN ENCOUNTER SMALL DEFECTS THAT MAKE IT UNIQUE.
