At Nutka Studios we aim to ensure customer's full satisfaction and gladly accept returns, but no later than 14 days from the date of receipt. We will refund the full amount of the returned item(s), and you are responsible for all other expenses, including the return costs.
We don't make exchanges outside Spain. If you need to make one, you will have to return the item received and make a new purchase.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that they:
- Were purchased in the last 14 days (NS Special Uniforms have only 7 days for return).
- The item is unwashed, unworn and with original tags attached.
- Special offer items (Winter Sales, Summer Sales, Archive Sales, Private Sales etc) cannot be returned unless they are defective. You can return the garment and we will create a discount code for your next purchase. (This doesn't include purchases made with the newsletter discount code).
Take into account that:
- Customers are responsible for any duties/taxes and the shipping costs.
- Customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs.
How to start a return:
- Send an email to email@example.com no later than 14 days from the date you received the product, letting us know the order number and reason for the return.
- Pack the items in their original condition including your order number, name and the return/refund you want to make.
- Contact an authorized courier service or local post office and send the parcel to: NUTKA STUDIOS SL - C/Castillo de Malpica 120, Villafranca del Castillo, 28692, Madrid, Spain.
- Please allow us 2-4 working days to go through a quality control check and confirm that everything is correct to make the refund.
My item is defective how do I make an exchange?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a picture of the fault within 72h hours of delivery so that our team can arrange a replacement as soon as posible. We will cover costs for both shipping and returns.
How will I receive my refund?
Once a return is approved the refund will automatically be issued, using the same method of payment which you used for the original purchase. Allow us 2-4 working days to go through quality control check. Once it is finished, you will receive a confirmation email and the refund will appear in your bank account within 3-5 working days.
