We aim to ensure customer's full satisfaction, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for a full refund.
You can return items up to 14 days after purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unwashed and unworn with original tags attached. Customers are responsible for any duties/taxes and the shipping costs.
Special offer items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.
Customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs.
How to start a return:
- Send an email to email@example.com no later than 14 days from the date you received the product, letting us know the order number and reason for the return.
- Pack the items in their original condition including your order number, name and the return/refund you want to make.
- Contact an authorized courier service or local post office and send the parcel to: NUTKA STUDIOS SL - C/Castillo de Malpica 120, Villafranca del Castillo, 28692, Madrid, Spain.
- Please allow us 1-3 working days to check that everything is correct, and make the refund.
My item is defective how do I make an exchange?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a picture of the fault within 48h hours of delivery so that our team can arrange a replacement as soon as posible. We will cover costs for both shipping and returns.
How will I receive my refund?
Once a return is approved the refund will automatically be issued, using the same method of payment which you used for the original purchase. You will receive a confirmation email and the refund will appear in your bank account within 3-5 working days.
