We aim to ensure customer's full satisfaction, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for a full refund.
We don't make exchanges. If you need to make one, you will have to return the item received and make a new purchase.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that they:
- Were purchased in the last 14 days.
- The item is unwashed, unworn and with original tags attached.
- Special offer items (Winter Sales, Summer Sales, Private Sales etc) cannot be returned unless they are defective. You can return the garment and we will create a discount code for your next purchase. (This doesn't include purchases made with the newsletter discount code).
Take into account that:
- Customers are responsible for any duties/taxes and the shipping costs.
- Customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs.
How to start a return:
- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 14 days from the date you received the product, letting us know the order number and reason for the return.
- Pack the items in their original condition including your order number, name and the return/refund you want to make.
- Contact an authorized courier service or local post office and send the parcel to: NUTKA STUDIOS SL - C/Castillo de Malpica 120, Villafranca del Castillo, 28692, Madrid, Spain.
- Please allow us 2-4 working days to check that everything is correct, and make the refund.
My item is defective how do I make an exchange?
Please email email@example.com with your order number and a picture of the fault within 72h hours of delivery so that our team can arrange a replacement as soon as posible. We will cover costs for both shipping and returns.
How will I receive my refund?
Once a return is approved the refund will automatically be issued, using the same method of payment which you used for the original purchase. You will receive a confirmation email and the refund will appear in your bank account within 3-5 working days.
